Daisy was on fire today. Late this morning, after a few hours outside, she caught two mice and left them on the front steps. After I tossed them into the pasture, and then tossed a bale of hay for the calves, Daisy brought me another mouse.
After napping the rest of the afternoon Daisy went outside in the evening. When I turned the porch light on to see if she wanted to come inside the house she was 'playing' with yet another mouse near the front steps.
After Daisy was done playing she came in for a bit to warm up by the wood stove. Right now she is back outside. On the hunt for yet another mouse?
