Daisy's day started with her surveying her domain from the front house steps.
A woodpecker was knocking on a dead branch's bark in the background. Daisy made a run for the woodpecker but it flew off. She then sat on the wood pile until I got the camera out.
Even though Daisy just came from the house and a bowl of fresh water... nothing tastes as good as melted snow water.
In the afternoon Daisy sat sitting through the cement block watching the corral... until I got the camera out.
Later Daisy checked on the water level in the water trough.
